Rick grew up in Whitman and attended Whitman schools and Whitman-Hanson Regional High School. He was the loving uncle of many nieces and nephews and a beloved friend to many. He was the son of the late Anna Casieri Perry and Malcolm “Buzz” Perry of Whitman.
Rick is survived by his son, Kyle Poirier Perry of Naples, and his sisters Susan Kent of Naples, Janice Ketchen of Martha’s Vineyard, Debra Villano of Middleboro, MA, and Lisa Cassani of Lakeville, MA. Richard “Rick” Perry, formerly of Whitman, MA, and long-time resident of Naples, FL passed away on Wednesday, June 8 after a brief illness, surrounded by his loving family.
